Signing off

I have practically left this place without telling you. I'll be signing off for blogging for the meantime. This is only a temporary, I'll be back if I can manage my time. Those of you who sent an IM and called over the phone, thank you...you're such a true friend. Promise, you will receive a "bulawan" this christmas.

Maria is most important right now. She is awake and hyper-active most of the day and she love to play. She pick up anything and eat it, nothing can stop her. I think she is a human vacum cleaner. I should be with her watching all of her moves before anything will happen.

Mareng Ethel, maraming salamat po. Ang galing2x mo talaga at pinag tyagaan mo pa. Ilagay ko to sa sidebar ko.

Yeah, I still have time for blogging during the night but all of you are asleep. Don't worry, when you make up in the morning you will have something to read with.

For those who haven't file the form yet, please, do it now. Just scroll down, it's on the bottom of my favorite movies. Patience is virtue.

Happy weekend to you all.

JONA

Jona, itong pasasalamat ko ay galing sa kaibuturan ng puso ko, ang bait2x mo talaga, I did not expect that you will make me like this. Keep up the good work, girl!

Homesickness

Homesickness is not only for kids. I feel homesick anytime of the day. I really miss Philippines na gyud. I find myself missing the comforts of home and longing for my family.

I am attached to things while I was there. I miss my work. It is a nice feeling that you have a daily routine, such as, wake up early in the morning and run, taking care of yourself, put some make-up (lipstick), you know. Oh, I really miss those activities that I had.

My life is completely changed when I arrived here. Of course, I love my big baby. But the feeling to this new place it makes me feel vulnerable, weak and lot of anxiety. In my place, you can't see people around. Dun satin pag ikaw ay lalabas na aaliw ka talaga, and if you want to buy "diken" o "supas" we have sari-sari store. Dito, ay nakow pow...

This is my family: Sheila(eldest) is beside me, next to her is our close friend, Dulce. Kathy(2nd) is wearing a red shirt, at the back of her is Jojo, my brother-in-law, Papa(blue shirt), then Carl, our youngest brother…beside with Carl, I don’t know that fellow….that is my big baby.

Overwhelmed with Happiness

When I started this blog a few months ago I thought it would be nice to put my thoughts "down on paper" and flex my brain a little. What I have found instead is this wonderful society of creative, intelligent, funny, witty friends that have chosen a similar life to mine who have "found" me and I have "found" them. It is sort-of the next generation of those three exciting words...you've got mail! I turn on my computer, log into my blog and...yeh! I have comments! Kind of sounds like a movie huh? It is so wonderful to read what my new cyber friends have to say about my thoughts. Then, I go to my cyber friends blogs and enjoy their thoughts. It is so much more than just putting thoughts down on paper! What I am trying to say is, thank you for all who stop by and who leave a little bit of themselves for me to share!

As for now I am linking with these neighborhood. For Mareng Ethel who always give me an assignment, guapitongDOPS, sister Nao-who complained that she can reach my home in decade time, Maria Clarang Mads Bless,Kumareng Giewho loves a videoke, tsismosang Dauph(oppps am I in trouble?), Mimi kahit paminsan minsan lang makadalaw sa bahay ko, a new friend Diane (I think she prefer to be call soul seeker)and Ligaya, she is busy packing up but she tried to visit sa mga kapitbahay.

I think DOPS and Seeker are currently chatting on yahoo. Sana kayo na.

All of these wonderful people...I thank you with all my heart. I have been blessed. I think friends are a wonderful thing. My life would be less without you!

Stay as sweet as you are!

Tagged #2: Three Things About Me

Three things about me that you don't know yet.

Mareng Ethel, gave me an assignment again!!! Salamat Mare, ng sa ganun you will know me better. Pero, sinabi ko na lahat dun sa 20 years ago ko ah….ok, let me think kung meron pa ba akong tinatago.

First:

I am very straight forward and frank. I don't mind people's business. Kumbaga, di ako pakialamera. I am not violent. All I have to do is zip my mouth. I am not really mouthy. If Mareng Ethel is brutal with her “vana”. Ako naman, nasa tabi lang walang emik. I don't talk much, I‘ll prefer to be quite. This is the result (link deleted by the author) nung nag-away kami ni vana. Grabe, akala ko suntukin nya ako. Ayun nakipagbati sya.

Second:

If I can't make you happy, I'll make myself happy. Why should I stick to a person who don't like me at all.

Third: Thrifty and thoughtful…

Is Blogging Addicting?

I could begin by giving you something to write with or all of you will be gone.

Actually, I don't have a lot of updates for myself. I am only a housewife who always wipe my baby's butt. Maria's stool & peed diaper is everywhere in the room. I love to collect them all and put it together, they look like a small Island for me.

Here it comes, oh my, I am a blog addict, totally do. I know, blogging is a time consuming. We could talk over the phone, using our yahoo messenger or the msn messenger, that would be quicker for the communication. But, here we are blogging, blogging, blogging.

Can anyone exaplain, why blogging is addicting?

Opps, before you leave, please don't forget to sign my guestblook. Just look at the bottom of cbox.

Paalala

Para bang I am boastful, chaaar...

Working at Home

I've been starting working, 2 days ago and it was very tiring.

A friend of mine Lucil, she lives in Texas, her husband offered me a job to high light the books. He is conducting a review for licensure in electrical field.

This book has 740 pages and I'll be using 3 colors every pages. Well, I grab this opportunity than nothing. They will pay me $85 per book but since thier is a shipment, it's $65 nalang. My goal is, just to finish 1 book a day, para makarami ng pera, heheh. I did it!

Right now, I am sad, I miss my computer time and my friends online. I think I'll be slowing down for the mean time.

Gender Selection Tip # 2

The PH of the woman's tract...

In the last issue, I've explained how your diet will influence the PH of the man's sperm and the woman's tract.

Remember that acidity favors the conception of baby girls and alkalinity favors the conception of baby boys...

The good news is that in addition to have the proper diet, there is something else you can do to make your environment (tract) more acidic (girl) or alkaline (boy).

Actually, there are 2 other things you can do. We'll tell you everything about the second one in the next issue.

But the first thing you can do to change your environment (tract) is to use a douche of water and vinegar immediately before intercourse for a GIRL or a douche of water and baking soda for a BOY. You have to dilute the douches properly or they won't help and might hurt you so please talk to your doctor first!

Please note that those douche are a little uncomfortable and messy to use...
If your want a more easy, funny and accurate way to conceive the desired gender, there is nothing like our Program!

Gender Selection Tip #1

Let's start by what you EAT!

Here are some of a few tips regarding the diet of both couple. Did you know that the food you eat has a direct influence on the alkalinity/acidity of both the man's sperm and the woman's tract?

Here is another hint:

* Alkalinity favors the conception of a baby BOY.
* Acidity favors the conception of a baby GIRL.

If you want a baby BOY, both parents should eat ALKALINE food, here's the following:

almond, melon, banana, coconut, carrot, onion, celery, barley, avocado, parsley, chamomile, red & amp; green paper, cauliflower, pear, pumpkin, leek, cucumber, rice, squash, potato, zucchini. letuce, lucerne, cheese, yello apple, water.

If you want a baby GIRL, both parents should eat ACIDIC food, here's the following:

apricot, lentil, lamb, marinade, pineapple, mustard, peanut, nutmeg, asparagus, orange, aubergine, grapefruit, oats, peach, beet, plum, wheat, radish, beef, rhubarb, cofee, soda, cinnamon, tomato, chocolate, salmon, lemon, veal, vinegar, yogurt.

Note: You should start this diet at least 1 month prior to start trying to conceive.

Getting Pregnant

Hello, I've been busy for the past few days, doing nothing on the computer.

Yesterday, hubby told me that it is good to have a baby again, anytime this year. I was surprised because he wanted me to get preggy again if Maria will be 1 year old and also I still have time to heal my body. I was really happy to hear what he said. As for me, it is nice to have a baby while Maria is still young so that they will grow together. And also, we can still use some stuff of our daughter. Hopefully, it's a boy this time.

Right now, I am still searching on the net on how to conceive a boy and next time I will be posting some tips too.

Unhappy in the Car Seat

Here's a little update of my daughter. She cries everytime when we strap her into the car seat, making driving miserable for the three of us. I created a diversion of her loneliness in the back seat. I put on some soothing music or a lively children songs. I keep on talking, just to know her that we were there. It's lonely sitting in the back seat, especially while the baby's still in a rear-facing position.

So, we just bought an entertainment toy bar. Here's the picture. I hope it will make her happy from loneliness.

My daughter will be 4 mos on September 5. After the post pregnancy my body never get back. Right now, I feel like a fat, fat, fat old woman. I don't have a self-confidence anymore. Please make a comment on the slideshow picture the one that I'm holding Maria, that was on August 16, 2005.

When I was in the Philippines I was very active, I went for earobics, swimming and run. I started going to the gym when I was 14 year old. Year 1997 I started to jogged at least 8 to 10 kilometers. I ran at least 5 to 6 times a week, I joined 10k marathon and I won 4 times, a 5th, 4th, 6th & 10th placer. I ran the 10k marathon for 52 minutes only.

My hubby has an exercise facilities here but I never use it. I can go to the gym anytime if I want to but I never did. What's happening to me?
