At last, my internet is back. The Charter Communications didn’t actually disconnect our cable and internet connection but they cramped the wire/cable because they put all together the cable wires in one box. Then by Monday, a technician came over and spliced the cable but he didn’t fix it good. I had the internet on Monday but it lasted for only three hours. Today, they fixed it and everything goes smoothly.
