    I am inspired by Mike Foster, of Livelife365.com, about his video clip entitled “How to…Lose 2 Pounds a Week”. He talks about how fiber is important in our diet. He lost 40 pounds in just 6 months. He was 206 pounds and now he is 162 pounds. What I have learned about his video is to eat the right kind of foods and the right amounts.
