Diet, Exercise, and Losing Weight

    nullThere are some changes to the topics of this blog. Right now, I can only think of things related to health, diet, and losing weight. The more I talk and read about losing weight, the more I am determined to reach my goal. That means, I will be writing more about diet and losing weight issues and relating to you about my progress. Maybe this will be interesting to some of you; it is a topic that most of us obsess about, that is our health. But, I hope you don’t get bored.

    It’s quite exciting for me this time, because for the last 4 days, I have lost 3 pounds. I don’t how it happened, but I am very careful of what I put in my mouth. I also consumed 800 to 1,400 calories a day; I also drink plenty of water. You can say that I am quite regular; I have to go to the restroom at least two times a day. I think the weight that I have lost was mostly the toxins from my gastrointestinal tract. But, this is a good start, and it motivates me to keep going.

  6. Actually it’s opposite for me. I am trying to gain weight. :) Blogging is about what you think and what you want to write. So go ahead. I am sure many will be interested in this subject.

    Remember this is your blog so you write what interests you. I like reading about your weight loss. I’m trying to lose as well so I like seeing great progress from people who are doing it and are willing to share with the world. Keep it up!

    Keep up the great work! Losing weight is a daily exercise in eating the right foods, and the right amounts. Think of it like a habit, only a very good habit. Good luck.
