Dieting Makes Me CrazyWhen I say diet, I am talking about eating foods from all the different food groups in the right amount. This is what it means to me. Today is the 10th day since I started on my diet; and I have managed to eat healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And example of some of the things that I have eaten are healthy foods such as oatmeal with raisins or strawberries for breakfast, 3 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of mix vegetables for lunch and a garden salad with 1 tbsp of ranch dressing for dinner. Preparing For My MealsEverything is now in order. For the last three days, I have been busy gathering all the information for my diet. I have a list of high fiber foods and low calorie foods. All of these are hanging on my refrigerator to remind me that those foods are healthy. I also started journalizing all the foods that I have eaten. Every food that I ate already is written and recorded in that journal. First, I’ll see to it that I read the nutritional facts label of the packaged food before eating it.
