nullI have walked 104 miles in October. This time, I exercise slowly but surely. I have changed my exercise routine; instead of walking 6 to 8 miles; I walked and jogged for at least 4 miles a day. In November, I will increase the mileage for 1 mile to make it 5 miles a day.

You go girl with the walking. It is absolutely good for you. Stay on the right track and never stop walking. I walk around 2 or 3 every day, depends on whether I do any weight lifting or not.

Congratulation. I wish I could also do that.
