71 Miles in September

After my long vacation in the Philippines, I am having a hard time to get back to my daily walking exercise. I was going to start in July, but my laziness beat me. But even now, I am still trying to get back on track to get fit, and hopefully I can shed more pounds of unwanted fat. Sometimes, I feel like giving up and quitting my diet; because, even though my stomach is full, I can still feel hungry; and that is when I end up eating the things that I am not suppose to. But, I don’t want to give up my dieting and walking routine.In the month of September, I have walked 71 miles, but this is not enough for me. Hopefully, I will be able to walk more than a hundred miles per month.

It’s good that you’re slowly going back to your walking. I really wish we have a place nearby where I can also walk or run. Dito ang hirap maglakad-lakad kasi ang daming lalaki sa paligid. Nakakatakot baka mabastos ka pa.
