Bought a New House

I have some good news everyone. Last week, my husband applied for house loan, and on the same day, the loan application was approved. This was necessary to make an offer on a house that we had looked at. Today, the real estate agent called to let us know that the most recent offer has been accepted by the seller. So, after one week of price negotiations, via the real estate agent, between my husband and the seller, there is finally an agreed upon price. Tomorrow there will be a home inspection.
The house was built in 2006. It’s a modern house with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1/2 bath and 2 car garage. It has carpet, hardwood and ceramic tile flooring. My favorite part is that, the master bedroom is on main level with a back deck. I am so excited and can’t wait to move in.
The photo attached is what the house looks like. I got it from the realtor’s website. I will share more photos on my next update.
Now we have mortgage!

@Sasha: Oo manay, ang bilis talaga ng approval. Wala kaming account dun sa bank pero approve agad on the same day. Basta maganda ang credit history ay walang problema daw.

@Mimi, thank you Mimi. Insakto lang biya Mi, dili pod mahal og naa pod gi down para mo gamay nalang among monthly bill. Last week nahuman nag inspection and so far nothing major problem. Hopefully maka move in mi anytime this month.

Congratulation to you and Tony to owned a beautiful home. I am sure you will have fun decorating your new place. I am very happy for you. Nice to have our own house instead just renting and the money goes to the owner of the house. At least this house you have now is yours even you paid mortgage.
