The inspector finished the house inspection, and the house has not any major problems. I appreciated the completed report when the inspection was finished. The inspector gave us suggestions about any of the minor issues. The house was built in 2006, and I can tell the first owner preserved the house well.
I brought the kids with us, while the inspection was being done. I was thinking that the house inspection would be over quickly, but it took more than 2 hours. Maria and Bianca were never bored, because they kept running and going up the stairs.

I like the layout of the house, manay. Masinop sa bahay ang dating may-ari. Blessing ito talaga for you and the family. Spacious na rin for the kids pati!

Mads nice lay out and looks like it’s still brand new. Murag wala na moy i change ba excep cguro if you want other color sa wall. I like your new house

I like the layout of the house Raq specially the kitchen has a lot of cabinet and counter at diretso lang sa dining room at living room. Iike the deck that you can put grill to have barbecue. Like the color of the wall as well kay looks natural and you can decorate your house any kind of colour dahil hindi conflict sa kulay ng wall. I am sure maria and bianca will have a lot of playmates in your neighborhood. Again I am very happy for you and tony to own a beautiful home. Maganda talaga pag tayo ang may ari ng bahay kaysa magrent..sayang ang binabayad sa renta paingon lang sa owner sa balay..atleast kung ato ang balay forever na gyod ug naa pa gyod home equity..magdako ang utilities bills pero worth man sad kung atoa gyod. Congrats again and enjoy decorating your house..just take it slowly.

Hi Raq! You guys are so blessed to own a house like that. I like the stairs and the wood carpet. Made of bricks ba sa gawas Raq? Nindota ana jud. Kanus a pa kaha mi makabalay ug ingon ana. Gusto pod ko ug 2 storey house kay si Miriam pod lagi, gusto magsigig saka kanaug, ma enjoy kaayo siya. Mao nga next time mopalit mig balay, kanang naay hagdan jud hehehe..Thanks sa pag share. I am so excited for you! Naghulat jud kag maayo ani nga balay and good things comes to those who wait just like you…

@Mimi, thank you Mimi. Ilang tawag ani diri kay 1 and half story. Daghan ko plano oi pero kwarta ray wala diha, ha-ha. Kalami unta kung mapalit na ko tanan gamit pero sagdi lang mapalit ra lagi na. Ang kulang na mo Mi, extra room para himuon office/computer room. Ang duha ka kwarto sa taas, silang maria and bianca mag occupy. Mag part time og OT daw si hubz para maka buhat another room sa silong.

If the house is empty, then inspection is easier and more reliable.
I had a friend who bought a house but it was still furnished at the time of inspection. On their moving day, that’s when they found out there’s a rat problem in the house.

2 hrs of house inspection??wow….we havent done that,very speedy kahit saang house kami mapunta when we were looking for one.
anyway,i luv the huge kitchen and living,including the stairs!! compact kasi kami dito,hehe

A new home – wow.
We have also been moving around.
And it’s very important to have a technical report of the construction status,
to avoid future surprises and not welcomed repair bills.
