    I finally decided to say goodbye to blogger and welcome to Wordpress. One week ago, I have purchased a hosting from bluehost.com. I am still learning working with Wordpress now. It’s all new to me and difficult but it’s challenging. So, this would be the last post for blogger that has spanned for over 3 years. It was really nice my experienced in blogger.   • Why do I feel guilty for weaning?

    Yesterday was the third attempts I wean my 12 month old daughter from breastfeeding. The first two attempts was failed. Yesterday for about 10 hours she didn’t gets milk but instead I gave her some juice to drink. She was fussy for the whole day but at around 12 midnight she gave up; she drinks 6 ounces of fresh milk. She is already 1 year old and it’s about time to wean her. The reason I wean her is I am getting exhausting. I can’t go somewhere else because she is so attach with me.     I am inspired by Mike Foster, of Livelife365.com, about his video clip entitled “How to…Lose 2 Pounds a Week”. He talks about how fiber is important in our diet. He lost 40 pounds in just 6 months. He was 206 pounds and now he is 162 pounds. What I have learned about his video is to eat the right kind of foods and the right amounts. If you want to lose 2 pounds a week, you have to consider two things, fiber and calorie intake.     When I say diet, I am talking about eating foods from all the different food groups in the right amount. This is what it means to me. Today is the 10th day since I started on my diet; and I have managed to eat healthy foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And example of some of the things that I have eaten are healthy foods such as oatmeal with raisins or strawberries for breakfast, 3 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of mix vegetables for lunch and a garden salad with 1 tbsp of ranch dressing for dinner.
