“Fallen Off the Wagon” I Have Gained 15 P...I have gained 15 pounds for the last 3 months while on vacation in the Philippines. It is really sad for me, that my body has changed so quickly; during my vacation here I have gained from 140 pounds to a present weight of 155 lbs. I weighed 140 lbs when I left for my home in the Philippines, but that was up from 136 lbs which I had managed to achieve from a previous weight of 185 lbs. That is nearly 50 lbs. Pretty good huh?! 588 Miles Walk In 2008Bellow is a record of how much miles I’ve walk in each month. I have walked 588 miles in 2008 and I want to walk more this year. Actually, it’s a combination of walking and jogging but for the record, I will consider just walking only. This is a summary of how far I am in my losing weight journey. I started at 185 pounds in June 2008 and now I am 134 pounds. From November 15, 2008 to present, I didn’t gain or lose for some reason; I didn’t focus with my diet.
