Local Postal ServiceI wanted to scream and I still do! I mailed something to Singapore via USPS (United States Postal Service), but the package arrived empty. When the recipient went to the post office to pick up the package, it had already been opened by some sort of cutter and the contents, one (1) camera and one (1) lens, had been removed. Someone is responsible for it, even though I don’t know who! The content of the package is worth $1,450 or Php 60,000. Shoot!!! I...

Pre-K Open HouseAfter a long summer vacation in the Philippines, Bianca has been very excited about to going back to school. Yesterday her school had an Open House, for parents and the students, to see their classroom and meet their teachers. It might not happen today or tomorrow or next week for that matter. But it will eventually catch up on you. It will happen sooner or later. As they say, you reap wha...

Flights to Philippines 2011These are the photos of my children during our flight to Philippines. We left the USA on a Friday, and we arrived in Manila on a Sunday at 6:00 a.m. As usual our flight was very tiring, and we all became exhausted. Despite our uncomfortable flight and our exhausted state, we continued on to Cagayan de Oro City on the same day at 11:00 a.m. I was going to reserve a hotel room for one night in Manila, but I decided it would be easier for me if we didn’t; I did not want to go through unloading and loading my luggage an extra time that would be necessary with staying a night in Manila. Maria...
